Construction of a new Fire Test Building at the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center. Work includes, but not limited too, demolition of existing structure, soil erosion controls, site preparation & grading, fencing installation, paving, connection to existing water mains, new 3,000 gallon above ground waste water storage tank, electrical work, instrumentation, steel framing, CMU walls, exterior metal paneling, EPD roofing, concrete foundation, stairs, gratings, safety railings, work platforms and other miscellaneous metal items, mechanical work, including a 40’x 40′ cable supported stainless steel canopy hood and plumbing work.
