Victor J. DiAnna
President

Victor J. DiAnna co-founded Eagle Construction Services, Inc. in September 1992 and serves as President. Victor is responsible for all day-to-day activities, corporate and bidding decisions. Victor also directs and coordinates all day-to-day activity with field personnel and serves as the director of operations. Under Victor’s oversight the company has grown its revenue to over $30 million annually and its client base including Federal Government entities as well as State, County and Local Municipalities.

Victor began his career with G & C Enterprises, Inc. in 1972 as a plumber/pipefitter. He was steadily promoted through the field ranks and became a Mechanical Superintendent in 1975. As an employee of G & C Enterprises, Inc., Victor served as the onsite Project Superintendent for the original construction of Building 3211, an aircraft hanger located at McGuire AFB, N.J. He was responsible for supervision of all G & C’s workforce as well as coordination and oversight of all subcontractors on the project. Another highlight of Victor’s career with G & C Enterprises, Inc. was the successful completion of a wastewater treatment facility for the US Navy at the Johnsville Naval Air Station located in Warminster, Pennsylvania.

In 1984 Victor was promoted to General Superintendent, in charge of all field personnel. He continued to effectively manage all facets of construction for both domestic and international federal government contracts, including federal projects in St. Croix, Antigua, Guam, Puerto Rico, Milan and Bermuda. While maintaining the same type of responsibilities except to a larger extent, the company averaged approximately $20 Million annually under Victor’s direct supervision.

Appointed Vice President of G & C in 1987, he continued to direct all field operations, including 300 tradesmen and over $10 Million dollars of heavy construction equipment inventory. During tenure as Vice President, the company continued to expand averaging approximately $30 Million annually until he started Eagle Construction Services, Inc. in 1992.
