Tracy M. Zimmerman
Vice President

In 1992, Tracy co-founded Eagle Construction Services. He currently serves as the firms Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. Tracy’s responsibilities include the overall management of the company’s financial matters, including monitoring of corporate overhead and cash flow. He also handles major aspect of project management as it pertains to structural steel and masonry and preparation and updating of project schedules utilizing CPM.

Tracy earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Penn State University in 1974. He served five years active duty in the U.S. Navy. Duty assignments include an 18 month tour with the Seabees and two year tour as a contract administrator at the Naval Air Station, Lemoore, California. Final assignment prior to separation as Lieutenant in 1974 was as Public Work’s Officer, Naval Supply Corps School, Athens, Georgia.

Upon separation from the Navy, Mr. Zimmerman attended graduate school at Penn State University where curriculum was made up of construction management and structural engineering courses. Mr. Zimmerman left graduate school prior to earning an advanced degree and began employment in 1980 with G & C Enterprises, Inc., a general, mechanical and electrical contractor specializing in Federal Government construction projects.

Mr. Zimmerman’s duties with G & C Enterprises, Inc. were concentrated in project engineering and project management, including project planning and scheduling, submittal review and processing, procurement, and contract administration with the various government agencies.
