Demolition and removal of portions of existing HVAC systems serving the third floor with new HVAC system, install new roof hatch, new stairtower door, new and modified stair railing, all associated electrical and fire alarm. HVAC system includes installation of a new packaged rooftop heat recovery unit with natural gas heating, electric DX cooling and dehumidification unit, new baseboard heaters and heating hot water controls, new ductwork, fire dampers, grilles, registers and diffusers, new direct digital controls interfaced into the facility’s existing building management system, new outdoor natural gas piping, valves, fittings, regulators, etc. Trenching, excavation, backfilling and restoration to upgrade building’s existing natural gas service. Remove and replace acoustical tile ceiling, tiles and grid, while temporarily supporting existing ceiling light fixtures, fire alarm devices, speakers. Coordinate all upgrades to existing fire alarm system, termination of new fire alarm wiring into building existing fire alarm system. Patching/sealing and insulation all exterior wall and roof openings, patch and repair interior walls, ceilings, floors, painting.`
