The Building Modification Work Contract (CPU-12-0073) shall include all the building work in the building work in the south half of the building and shall include: Demolition as required, construction of the new concrete drive-in ramp, building demo work, new overhead rollup door, new stairway and man door, construction of new loading docks, including new loading dock doors, levelers, and dock equipment, scale office relocation, soundproofing of cafeteria area, all Fleet Maintenance Area modifications and construction (including the new demising wall, new overhead rollup door, new man doors, column modifications, etc.), plant maintenance area modifications, removal of two (2) existing heating units, office modifications, electrical panel upgrades, and electrical, fire protection, plumbing and HVAC work for the Fleet Maintenance Area.
