Renovations of the East and West Wings of the 7th Floor, Building #1 Behavioral Health Ward. Work consisted of all necessary demolition and removal of existing structures and asbestos abatement and demolition. All alteration aspects of General construction, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and utility systems. The job required a new Modified Bituminous Sheet Roof, glazed aluminum curtains, a medical gas system, fire protection, new roof top units with DDC, ductwork and insulation, lighting protection, audio visual nurse call system and a public address system.
