The Manhattan Street Water Treatment Plant is a new state-of-the-art 4.32 million gallon per day water treatment facility. Work includes construction of new masonry bearing structure, installation of six horizontal 2 cell filter tanks, 3 recycle tanks, sludge tanks, process piping and automated control system.
