Project Detail
Construction of a steel framed masonry and metal clad storage facility with roof purlins and a structural metal roof. A separate Prover Canopy including steel frame and canopy. Site work consisted of access road, paving, detention facilities, site utilities, concrete foundations, underground wiring and conduits and landscaping. Mechanical system included infra-red heating units and localized heating. Plumbing included toilet and shower rooms and general water supply. The building is fully sprinklered and the electrical service consists of lighting, power & a fiber optic connection was installed to the Emergency Services Building. A solar collection system was also installed.
