Stanley Tip Seaman Park, Borough of Tuckerton, NJ #1460

Project involved renovations to an existing park facility. Portions of the Park remained open to the public during construction.  Work consisted of demolition of existing roadways, parking areas, tennis courts and basketball courts.  New work included construction of a new 1,900 SF Restroom Building, a new 3,100 SF Maintenance Building, six new tennis courts and a new basketball court.  Site improvements included Storm drainage, water distribution, site (street) lighting and sports lighting for the tennis and basketball courts.  Work also included curbs and paving for two parking lots and re-aligned roadways, a playground, fencing and turf establishment.
