Project Detail
Building consisted of a 25000 square foot pre-engineered building slab on grade. Steel stud partitions on interior with drywall and FRP panels for finishes along with ceramic tile walls and quarry floors. Some vinyl composition tile was used. All other areas were sealed concrete. Provide electrical rough-ins for HVAC and new food service equipment. HVAC consisted of 6 roof top units and many exhaust fans. For hoods and make up air. Skid mounted steam boilers and skid mounted water heaters. Completely new electrical service to building and pad mount transformer. All underground utilities including new site drainage and exterior dumpster pad. Facility is capable of feeding 660 inmates in one sitting as well as onsite staff personnel.
