Project Detail

Renovation of an existing 1,175 square foot facility and 2,285 sf of new addition. Eagle Construction Services self-performed excavation, site work, utilities, selective demolition, concrete foundations, floors, ramps & sidewalks, masonry & masonry restoration, rough and finish carpentry, cabinets, casework and counter tops, membrane waterproofing, doors & hardware, cold-form & light gauge metal framing,bathroom accessories, plumbing, electric, and fire alarm.  Subcontracted work included structural steel, thermal insulation, EIFS,thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO)

roofing, standing seam metal roof, flat-lock metal wall panels, metal soffits, and roof accessories to include gutters, downspouts, built-in gutters, scuppers and rain leaders, aluminum doors, frames and storefronts, gypsum wallboard, acoustical ceilings, various flooring finishes and painting.  A complete, fire protection system was also designed and installed.  HVAC contractors upgraded and added to the HVAC system, performing work to demolish and re-work existing ductwork, install gas furnaces, cased coils, condensing units, an energy recovery unit, booster fan, new ductwork, return air grilles, supply registers, diffusers and exhaust fans.  The facility also had an Automatic Temperature Control System installed, and new landscaping.
