New public safety building consisting of site clearing/preparation for a one-story 12,000 sf fire station/public safety building. Site improvements, grading, stormwater basin and drainage infrastructure, concrete curb, sidewalks, apron, driveways, asphalt parking lots, striping, signage and site lighting. CMU and wood framed building with a slab-on-grade and wood truss roof, CMU-wall engine bay with 6 overhead doors/parking bays on a reinforced concrete slab. Office and staff areas included kitchen/day room, crew quarters, bathrooms, training space, storage and mechanical areas. Finishes included carpet, tile, VCT, epoxy flooring, GWB and FRP wall finishes, acoustical ceilings, fluorescent and recessedlighting, exterior thin-stone water table and stone cap, fiber-cement board, siding, asphalt shingles and standing seam metal roof, aluminum gutters and downspouts. New construction included kitchen and bathroom plumbing, partitions, accessories, wood cabinets and laminate countertops, fire suppression system, FRP doors, wood doors, door hardware, exterior sealants, HVAC, and exhaust systems with controls, emergency and safety lighting fixtures.
