HOWARD J. MANN
Purchasing Agent

Howard was hired by Eagle Construction Services, Inc. in 1996 as a Purchasing Agent. His responsibilities include solicitation, estimation and buy-out for all site work, concrete, masonry, carpentry, finishes and various Division 10 specification equipment and materials. Howard also assists in all phases of Safety administration for Eagle Construction Services, Inc.

Howard served six years of activity duty with the U.S Navy Submarine Force. During this period from 1963 to 1969, he was a Nuclear Trained Submarine Electrician with a classification of E-5.

Upon separation from the military, Howard was employed as a Superintendent for Burlington Clay and Engineering overseeing all Asphalt and Site Work until 1972. From 1972 to 1980 he was employed by Hercules as a Class A Electrician.

Howard was hired by G & C Enterprises, Inc. in 1980 and was employed there until 1996 when he began working for Eagle Construction Services, Inc. At G & C Enterprises, Inc. Howard was responsible for all international shipments to various parts of the world. He also had an active role purchasing of various types of construction equipment and materials.
