Contract CPU-17-0012 called for the construction of a community garden. Work consisted of site clearing, strip & re-spreading of topsoil, earthwork, site lighting, concrete paving, parking lot striping, concrete pavers, stabilization of stone pathways, chicken coop kiosk, new garden shed, information kiosks, washing stations, fencing, timber bollards, signage, picnic tables, seeding, landscaping, and upgrading of finishes for the existing market barn, portable toilet enclosures, and portable shed.
