24 Acre premiere soccer facility and recreation park included the construction of; a concrete masonry clubhouse with snack bar, sodded soccer fields complete with under drains and, lighted with Musco lights; a new municipal paved roadway, meandering pedestrian/bike path, an irrigation system supported by a booster pump, an “American Ramp” Skate-Park, one basketball court, storm, sanitary, electrical and water utilities and the installation of 550 new trees and shrubs.
