Project Detail

Project consisted of the following: Clearing of existing parking lot for new 14,500 square foot addition. Concrete footings and foundations and patio were first constructed. Masonry exterior walls and exterior finish system. Drywall interior with acoustical ceilings and interior was painted. New Vinyl composition tile floors and base were installed throughout the new addition. A membrane roofing system was put on the new addition. New HVAC system and Chiller unit to heat and cool the new and existing system both the new and existing buildings has a newly installed wet sprinkler system. A new electrical service was installed, with new interior and exterior lighting fixtures were installed in the addition and existing building, as well as a new fire alarm system. New tele-data and voice mass evacuation system was installed in addition and existing building. The evacuation system is new to the base, and soon all buildings will be on this system. The existing building had asbestos abatement. After which the building was painted and new stage curtains were installed. Mechanical systems were upgraded in this building which supports both buildings. Exterior parking lot has new curb and asphalt paving patches.
