Construction of a new 15,000 SF Two story fully sprinklered administration and storage building consisting of masonry and steel Type IIB construction. Also included a 2500 Lb. capacity elevator, aluminum curtain walls, operable casement windows, glass fiber resin fabricated exterior panels, a sloped standing seam metal roof, 600 Amp electrical underground service, voice and data cableplents, video surveillance, intrusion detection and security access control system and a geothermal heating and cooling system. New utilities, concrete paving, masonry retaining walls, fencing, xeroscaping and storm water detention basin.
